Engineering plastics can impress in a wide range of applications.
In contrast to other materials, the material properties can be specifically influenced by the choice of material and the addition of additives.
These include, among others: Hardness, appearance, haptics, UV resistance, media resistance, abrasion resistance, coefficient of friction, electromagnetic shielding and many other properties.
The realization of high-tech products such as self-lubricating ball bearings, lightweight components, semiconductors, safety-relevant components with force-defined predetermined breaking points, covers with transparent free-form surfaces,
Components with piezoelectric properties (e.g. hydrophones with polarized polyvinylidene fluoride),

Finishability

The manufacturability of series articles in the plastic injection molding process requires compliance with process-related design parameters, such as the consideration of draft angles and material-specific shrinkage dimensions.
Core pulls must be designed and implemented to reproduce undercuts in the moulded part geometry.
We design your tool and are happy to support you with our expert knowledge right from the start so that you receive an excellent and durable production tool and plastic products molded from it with the highest possible quality and precision.

We develop for you with many years of experience in our own design department:

Construction of your Tool

In our own tool and mold making department, we have a large number of modern, CNC-controlled 5-axis milling centers, as well as turning, grinding and eroding machines. We design and manufacture our own cathodes for our sophisticated die-sinking EDM processes, enabling us to achieve optimum production results in the shortest possible time.
Our machinery is suitable for the economical production of both individual and series parts.
Our injection moulding tools are highly precise and durable, as we use a spotting press with a capacity of over 1000 tons.
This work step ensures that our mold halves close very precisely.
We check the quality of our products using our 3D coordinate measuring machine in our air-conditioned measuring room.

Sampling

Our aim is to supply our business partners with high-quality products.
We are therefore happy to be measured by our performance and provide proof of accurate production and the implementation of other product features as part of a professional initial sampling process tailored to your product, including documentation.

Series Production

Production

We manufacture a wide variety of goods and products in our own plastic injection molding plant in Germany.
For this purpose, we have an extensive machine park with more than 40 injection molding machines and the associated robot systems.
The part weights of our articles range from a few grams to over 7 kilograms.
Our processes are standardized and certified according to the following regulations:
• Quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015
• Energy management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 : 2011
• Environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2015

QM

We continuously monitor our products and the production process.
We tailor our testing methods to the specific requirements of each individual product.
Our means of inspection range from classic visual inspection and the use of in-house manufactured gauges to the use of mobile, electronic measuring systems and specially developed, semi-automated test benches.
On request, we can also implement tracing concepts to ensure traceability of the production batches and process parameters contained in the individual product.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.
