Apprentices at Ferratec can expect modern, high-quality vocational training with many varied and exciting tasks within the individual departments, in which theory and practice are coordinated with each other and you will be involved in the production process after a short time.
In addition to practice-oriented training, we provide a workplace with short decision-making paths and flat hierarchical levels.

Why Ferratec?

The aim of our training is to gradually prepare our junior staff for new tasks and to teach them how to work independently.

When, how long & where?

The training is designed for 3 years and takes place in the dual system.
The majority of the training takes place at our plant in Schöllkrippen.
However, you can also work at our site in Hösbach.
The apprenticeship starts every year on September 1st.
